1. Prepare the ribs to be packaged, the packing material and main cover that meet the specifications.
2. apply the cut Bone Cover to the protruding bone area of the rib first.
3. Put the ribs in the packaging material with the Bone Cover covered.
4. Use a chamber type degassing vacuum packaging machine to vacuum.
5. Pass the vacuum packaged product in hot water at about 80℃ for about 2~2.5 seconds.
6. Pass through cold water below 10 ℃ immediately after passing through hot water.
7. Pack in a box that meets the standard. If Bone Cover is not used, many defects occur especially step 4, 5. But if Bone cover is used, the defects of the product will disappear unless there is an abnormality in the packaging itself.
